Compared to April/May in Jacksonville we saw a 10% decrease in homes selling for over asking.

However, of homes listed and CLOSED since July 1st to Sept 1st:
🔥60% went for over asking,
🔥30% at list price, and
🔥10% for under asking (average DOM was 10 days)

What does this mean?

If your home is priced right, in decent condition, and marketed correctly, you can still get a STRONG OFFER on your home and potentially have multiple offers.

🔥Good news for BUYERS !!
* 29% of these homes were sold with seller concessions.

AND

🔥10% of the homes Active right NOW have had a price adjustment.
