Vote YES on Amendment 3 this November! Property taxes are putting pressure on Florida homeowners. Amendment 3 would expand the homestead exemption and provide additional property tax protections.

IMPORTANT:

There is one condition that you need to know; you must become a permanent Florida resident by the end of 2026 to be able to take advantage of Amendment 3. If you move to Florida and purchase a property after December 31st, 2026 You will have to WAIT FOR 5 YEARS!!!
