Sharing a quick look at one of Northeast Florida’s great outdoor escapes: the Jacksonville-Baldwin Rail Trail. This 14.5-mile paved rail-trail connects Jacksonville to Baldwin along a former CSX railroad line, offering a flat, shaded path ideal for biking, walking, jogging, and more.

With a parallel equestrian trail and connections to conservation areas, it’s surrounded by beautiful trees, wildlife, and rural charm. Part of the Rails-to-Trails program, it’s a wonderful spot for recreation and getting outside.
