Maybe it’s because mercury is in retrograde but there seems to be a lot of people having complaints about service tonight and I am one of them! I am going to ask all my friends on here to please make this viral send it to everyone you know I’m staying at the Sonesta Miami Airport Hotel and you cannot make up the things that have happened since I arrived number one they send us to a room where the deadbolt is holding the door open and the room is filthy. We go back downstairs number two send us to a room and the refrigerator doesn’t work and they have no other mini fridges so now I have to trust $12,000 worth of medication to the managers refrigerator at the front desk. So I think OK we’re good now. NOPE! Number three we got in the elevator to go down to the lobby to have dinner and we’re stuck in an elevator for 20 minutes and when the guy opens the elevator door, he’s yelling at us to quickly get out and then just looks me in the face blank and says “sorry for the inconvenience“. So the manager on duty, Francena thinks that camping dinner and a cocktail is going to make up for all this insanity. Let’s let hotels know that know that’s not enough when you create havoc and peoples lives because the conditions in your hotel are unsafe so social media please do your thing.
