Our hearts go out to all those affected by Hurricane Irma. For consideration of the safety of our residents and employees in Florida for the time needed to recover from Hurricane Irma, WRH Realty Services has decided to close its local offices on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. Please note that essential personnel will report to work on Tuesday in locations that have power and where employees can traverse the roads safely. We will continue to closely monitor emergency official updates on bridge re-openings and power updates. We will reopen our offices when the local authorities say it is safe to be outside and traverse the roads. We expect this to be within the next day or so but this will vary with certain locations and degree of flood damage related to them. Please continue to monitor your local tv stations and radios for updated emergency information.

Our teams will be onsite in the next few days to assess any storm related damage and start the repair process. In the interim, you can report any storm related damages through the resident portal and we will address them as quickly as possible upon reopening the offices. Thank you for your patience as we begin this process.

Dear Residents,

Due to the numerous evacuations throughout the state of Florida and hurricane watch and warning notices given in many areas, traffic jams, gas shortages and school and city office closings, the onsite offices will be closed starting tomorrow, Friday September, 8th until the storm has passed and the local officials say it is safe to traverse the roads. Our first priority is for the safety of our residents and employees so please monitor local radio stations or tv stations for updated emergency information. Many counties have already asked to voluntary evacuate residents who live in certain evacuation zones as Hurricane Irma approaches. Many of these zones maybe under mandatory evacuations in the near future. City Leaders and emergency management officials are urging residents to follow the city’s lead and prepare now for Irma, have a plan in place, know your flood and evacuation zones and have your hurricane survival kit stocked with necessities. Please follow local emergency management officials directives when given. We will reopen our offices as soon as it is safe to do so which should be early next week. Our hearts and prayers go out to all Floridians over the next few days. Be safe everyone!

It is advised for all residents to heed the warning of Government officials and evacuate if there is an evacuation order issued for your area. Below are a list of shelters that should be opening soon. Openings will be announced on local new stations, radio and internet.
