Literally no words for how excited I am about this one 🥹🏡

These buyers are friends from when I worked at Audi, so getting to help them buy a home here in Jacksonville has been really cool to be part of. They spent time overseas serving in the military and have been back in the U.S. for a bit now figuring out where they wanted to land long term ❤️🇺🇸

And somehow in the middle of all of this… they welcomed their second baby literally THIS MORNING 🥹👶🏼

Me and mama have been talking for months about pregnancies, babies, life, all the things, so seeing everything come together for them at once just makes me so happy.

Can’t wait for them to get settled into this next chapter 🤍

From a frustrating builder experience… to UNDER CONTRACT 🏡✨

She originally reached out after one of my ads, just looking for answers after a not-so-great experience in a nearby new construction community. We took a step back, had real conversations about what actually mattered to her, and quickly realized that neighborhood just wasn’t the right fit.

So we pivoted 👏🏼

She wanted to stay on budget, keep maintenance low, and still enjoy amenities close to where she’s been living and we made it happen. We found her the perfect fit in Rookery with ALL closing costs covered AND locked in a 3.99% interest rate for the life of her loan (no scary payment jumps later 🙅🏻‍♀️).

And the timing? Couldn’t have been better… we secured it before the builder raised prices TWICE in one week, saving her $5K 💰

This seller found me through a past client I had helped with their rental property. That referral means everything to me and I don't take it lightly.
