My wife got us tickets to see Sam Hunt and Brett Young for my birthday. We cashed them in last night and they didn’t disappoint. The last performance of his summer tour and they made it count.

Across the United States, pending home sales are up for the second consecutive month and up 8.1% from December 2022 according to the National Association of Realtors February 2023 Market Report.

As you can see, we remain solid here in Onslow County and active listings were up by over 200 properties from this time last year.
