D R Horton townhomes board showed payments as low as $1,744 for a three bedroom. I went in with a client today and it was actually $1,665 and that included the HOA payment!!! It is a 98 home community on Old Kings road. Seriously guys the payment is amazing. They cover your closing costs and escrow so the downpayment is the only thing needed. Yesterday was an amazing day!! Liz Dumont Proctor and I handed out flyers educating people on downpayment assistance programs and how they can afford a home.

Then I went to an awesome education presentation on how to begin putting the knowledge I have on YouTube and helping get it across in a fun way as well as educational.

Took this handsome man dancing this afternoon! Definitely something we will do again! We were the odd balls out being the youngest couple there, but it was a lot of fun and my husband is a fantastic lead!! I was pleasantly surprised how well he picked up by the time we circled through all the couplings in the instruction session. When he came back to me he was a pro!!! 💖
