I am active in the community and volunteer my time to several committees including the Habitat for humanity, the YMCA as well as working with ERA to support the MDA. As a member of the St.Johns County and Northeast Florida Board of Realtors, I service the following counties Duval, Clay, St.Johns, Baker, Flagler and Nassau.

Here’s a quick snapshot of what I’m seeing in our local market as a Jacksonville Redfin agent:

St. Johns County:
- Remains the strongest luxury and family market nearby
- Top-rated schools are keeping demand high
- Buyers are more value-conscious and negotiating on price and terms

Duval County:
- Market conditions are generally stable
- Inventory and demand are in better balance
- Serious buyers are still moving forward when homes are priced right
