This is why we do what we do, how we do it. This was an extremely difficult closing that took us working on the weekend and after hours. But we all got it done together! 

SOLD. 🏡 And whew… THIS ONE. 😮‍💨

This was hands down one of the most challenging transactions of my real estate career.

A HUGE shoutout to Closing Bear Title 🐻👏 Their team went above and beyond to help us get this one across the finish line. We spent countless hours together strategizing, problem-solving, making phone calls and figuring out how to overcome one obstacle after another.

By the time we reached closing, FOUR attorneys had been involved, both agents had contributed compensation to keep the deal together, and I had personally invested 40+ hours into this transaction — not including the countless hours my team spent behind the scenes.

In the end, essentially all of my compensation went right back into getting this transaction CLOSED.

And you know what? I’d do it again.

Because my sellers needed someone who wasn’t going to give up when things got hard.

This is the part of real estate you don't see on social media.

It isn't always pretty houses, professional photos, handing over keys and celebrating at the closing table. Sometimes it's Saturday morning calls with attorneys. Sometimes it's solving problems you never saw coming. Sometimes it's putting your own money on the line. And sometimes it's refusing to give up when a transaction looks nearly impossible to save.

So for anyone who thinks real estate is easy and Realtors are overpaid… come spend a week with me. 😂

We got it CLOSED. That was the win. ❤️
