**From Michigan to Florida. From “one day” to HOME. 🌴🏡**

Sometimes real estate is so much more than buying and selling a house.

Almost a year ago, I met my clients through a referral from their brother. They dreamed of retiring and making the move from Michigan to Florida—and getting there took patience, planning, timing, and A LOT of moving pieces.

Their Michigan home sold in just **3 days and $8,000 OVER asking!** 🙌🏽 Then came the waiting, storage, temporary living, new construction, and plenty of unexpected challenges.

After losing someone close, their plans slowed down for a while. But they kept going.

On **Friday, August 28th, 2026, they officially closed** on their new construction home in Middleburg! 🔑🎉

Over the weekend, my husband and I met them at their new home to help unload their U-Haul. I thought we were just helping move a few things in…I had NO IDEA about 10 family members and friends would show up too. ❤️
