For my buyers, I’m helping them win BIG TIME keeping a TON of money in their pocket for closing, AND major repairs negotiated AND on homes they love!!!!
For my sellers, you’d think hearing all the wins im getting for my buyers that sellers are just going through it with long days on market, giving buyers whatever they want…. Well…. A lot of sellers are experiencing a tough market HOWEVER mine are not. Why? Because we are strategizing ahead of time how to get market ready, I’m connecting them with my top vendors who will help get it market ready. We are pricing strategically and going in with a strong marketing plan. And the market is reacting QUICKLY! With my sellers coming out winning and happy!
