Watching the TPC always gives me the golf itch. South Hampton is one of my favorites… mostly because I only lose half my golf balls there.

Finally closed! 🎉 This beach property officially has a new owner.

After all the showings, conversations, and offers, we found the perfect buyers for this home and for the neighborhood.

I had the opportunity to represent both sides of the transaction (which isn’t always as glamorous as it sounds 😅) but I’m grateful for the trust and proud of how smoothly everything came together.
