I always knew we cleaned up nicely, but Julie Ryan Photography & Carrie Wilson Makeup took it to the next level!!

We walked in with a handful of outfits (well, I did & Cory just had a change of pants. LOL!) & they worked absolute magic. From the moment we walked in the door, they made us feel comfortable, confident & completely at ease. We couldn't be more thrilled with the outcome.

If you're looking for a photographer and or makeup artist who is not only exceptionally talented but also an absolute joy to work with, we can't recommend Julie & Carrie enough.

Today officially kicks off the start of hurricane season!

While we all enjoy a good Mother Nature vs Florida Man viral video, storm preparation is one thing that is better handled before the internet starts having fun with things. 😂 Taking the time to do a little preparation now can make a big difference if a storm heads our way later this season.

Here's hoping for a quiet hurricane season, plenty of sunshine, and nothing more serious than watching Florida Man wrestling an inflatable pool float in 40 mph winds. 🌴☀

2 Closings in 1 Day? That's how we roll!

Cory put the miles in today, going straight from Middleburg to the Northside for our customer's closing on this beautiful Lennar new build in Saddle Oaks.

This was an initial video showing & sight unseen purchase. Taking the time to really listen to what our customers want & help them find the perfect home (even if they have not seen it in person yet) is a critical part of our process at Mission Home Group. We are so glad that they are thrilled with their new home.

Congratulations to our buyer on your new home!! We wish you nothing but happiness & an uneventful unpacking process.

So if you haven't started following us on Mission Home Group at Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty you are missing out! I am trying to post there primarily. This is Christie Hays and I's Cory M. Hays new launch. We had a lunch for the families of the deployed last weekend and want to do more things to get involved in the communities that we are passionate about in our lives.
