There are a number of reasons for relocating including a new job, promotion or the opportunity to be closer to family and friends. Even though exciting new opportunities are on the horizon, the process of relocating can be stressful. That's why Watson Relocation has assembled an experienced, well-respected and highly credentialed staff ready to assist you during this transition. So, focus on the new opportunity, and let Watson Relocation focus on everything else. Watson Relocation Services is a founding member of the Leading Real Estate Companies Of The World® premier real estate network. The Watson Relocation Services team is well versed in the unique aspects of relocation, through continual training and participation in national relocation organizations, such as the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), the Relocation Director’s Council (RDC) and the Southeast Regional Relocation Council (SRRC). As a relocation client, you will be contacted by a relocation consultant to determine your timeline, goals and priorities, and to answer any general questions. Your real estate professional will help you make the most of your house-hunting trips. We recognize that time is often limited on these visits, and will research the market ahead of time to lay out a plan of action. Once your home is selected, your real estate professional will be an invaluable aid in completing all the necessary details of the purchase. This stage of the process can be especially difficult for an out-of-town buyer, but our real estate professionals will give you peace of mind.
