Closing days are the best days! 🎉

Paula & Cariad were referred to me by an agent friend in Tallahassee. Once we made our initial contact we were off looking for their dream home. Spanning multiple days, they had their eye on this beauty. I was able to negotiate the price down from the sellers asking price and $5,000 forwards their closing costs. Once the inspection came back, there were some items that would need to be addressed, on top of the 5k in closing costs, we received $25,000 worth of repairs that were agreed upon by the sellers to be complete by closing. Oh and they closed with positive equity.

All in all they received upwards of 35k in credits, repairs and equity.

This was not an easy deal to put together, but we all worked together and made it happen and not they get to move into their dream home and create new memories!

Congrats to my sellers on the successful sale of there home in Aberdeen! John and Amanda had to relocate for John’s work and had to sell to move up to Atlanta. There were some hurdles along the way, but we managed to get through! Final sale price was $430,000!
