As a leader one of the most fulfilling moments is to see someone you have mentored to follow through on the advice and for them to advance in their pursuit. Or visa versa
Today - I want to shout out to those people. I’d like to recognize them. They Challenged me to raise the expectations I have for myself. What I found was that when you raise the expectations you have for yourself- the community, team, crew, department, staff, ect will also come up.
Perhaps you’ve heard the quote by JFK - “a rising tide lifts all boats” It alludes to economic prosperity that benefits everyone - I come up - you come - we rise together and prosper.
