We kept the house on Avalon in Jacksonville, but the others were updated or remodeled for resale.

One of our first remodeling jobs was Fred's mom's home in Brenham. Just a look back. Hard work and good times and a big "Thank You!" to his sisters for their support. And another for Ann and John and Rodney & Jerri Maurer for feeding us and letting us use their showers! This was the video from our realtor, Johanna. The yard was unfortunate when the video was made, but Spring brought everything back to it's beautiful green self with all of Mom's lovely camellias.

Available for rent, in August, here's just a few pics of the large living/dining room of our beautiful home on Avalon. The entry door is this beautiful Navy blue outside and creamy white on the inside. And I love the view out of the kitchen window into the backyard. So pretty!

With beautiful weather in Jacksonville today, we had over 25 attend Open House and tour this beautiful house. Come by tomorrow after church from 1 until 4 pm for your opportunity to check everything out and ask all the questions you want about this gorgeous home.
