Hello. I am a licensed HOME INSPECTOR. I have been in the housing industry since the 70's and built my first personal home when I was 21. I worked as a carpenter building homes during the day and went to night school to get a degree. True hands on experience. I've been a Home Inspector for 22 years. I also do 4 POINT INSURANCE INSPECTIONS and WIND MITIGATION REPORTS. I do all the inspections myself not a trainee or employee with less experience. Let me help you make the big decision of buying a home with confidence. Looking out for you. Give me a call. Thanks
