You’re looking at a mom, dad, and four kids who closed on their home in Jacksonville while driving here from their previous duty station (Navy life). When I called to let them know we were officially closed, I asked them to please pull over to document, for obvious reasons.

Brett and Allia purchased in March 2021 and almost 3 years later to the date, they are on the other side of the closing table as sellers! One of my favorite things is representing a customer as both a buyer and eventual seller. 🫶🏼

No surprise we received multiple offers and tons of interest on their beautiful home. 💯

Evann and Mariah are top-notch, gold star, write-a-book-about-them sellers. ⭐️ We had two buyers back out of our contracts before the third one stuck. We had a tough inspection, followed by a tough appraisal, but they got through it and had a good attitude through it all. 💪🏼

Some transactions are tougher than others but I am beyond grateful that they allowed me to walk them through it. Evann and Mariah, as I’ve told you probably 100x now, you are absolute rockstars and you made it! THANK YOU!! 🏆

Running around this morning with these two 🏃‍♀️

First stop: Dropping off keys at Atlantic Coast Title & Escrow for my westside listing closing today! My Navy seller is currently stationed in Kuwait, and we facilitated the sale for him from 7,000+ miles away. I originally helped him purchase in 2021 and am so happy to see him (figuratively) walk away from the closing table with some money in his pocket.

Brandon and Lauren are officially first time homeowners in Mandarin! 🥳

This lovely couple was referred to me by a previous customer who I LOVE so much - so needless to say, I was so excited when Lauren texted me letting me know she was looking for help purchasing.

We got started right away and as of last Friday, they are homeowners! Thank you thank you thank you for trusting me throughout the contract and repair negotiations that I know felt never ending at times. You made it! 👏🏼👏🏼
