She has served on the South Central Vermont Board of Realtors and the VT Realtor Board since 2009. Carrie Mathews began her career with Winhall Real Estate in 2004. Carrie served as the South Central Vermont Board of Realtors (SCVBR) secretary from 2009-2014 and is currently the state director as well as the Vermont Realtors education chair. In 2014, Carrie received her broker license and was also awarded the 2014 SCVBR Realtor of the Year award. Carrie enjoys volunteering her time with Habitat for Humanity, the Stratton Foundation, and The Mountain School at Winhall. Congratulations to both the buyers and sellers on the closing of this land parcel. This transaction took a little longer than most as the sellers worked through the legal process of obtaining full ownership of an area that had previously been a right-of-way.
