Kaiser Maintenance
We are looking for an office assistant. We have been in business for over 30+ years. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in bookkeeping, data entry, maintaining schedules, as well as provide additional administrative support as needed in a busy environment.
Looking for a mature, motivated, and responsible individual with good attitude.
Experienced in Quick Books a must
Advanced working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Bilingual a ++but not necessary
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task.
Duties include but are not limited to, answering phones, taking messages, faxing, filing, and typing. Need to be detail-oriented.
$18.00- $25.00 per hr. depending on experience.

*Tree Specialist climber / Bucket truck operator
Primary duties would include removal, pruning and shaping of trees by way of bucket truck or climbing. Rigging of materials to be lowered to ground in safe manner and by standard industry practices. Operation of bucket truck and chipper combination (NON CDL)
* Ground Crew
Primary duties include knowledge of safe rigging practices, small chainsaw operation, hauling material and processing into chipped material using wood chipper.
Team secondary duties: Trimming / pruning of small ornamental trees & shrubs and the installation of landscape Material according to plans.
**Specialist must have experience in climbing and bucket truck operations and valid NY state drivers license. Cross training in other divisions and Industry certification assistance is available

Proficient in driving Truck and trailer combination, Operation of Commercial lawn mowers, Ensure lawns are completed in timely fashion according to the route schedule. General maintenance of properties (seasonal cleanups, pruning, mulch and plant installation)
Advancement opportunities through cross training in our other divisions of plant health care, landscape installation, heavy equipment operation and tree care. As well as continuing education with a goal towards industry certifications.
Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 7:30-5:00 (Occasional Saturday to compensate for rain delay)

Must have reliable transportation to and from work and be on time pay based on experience 16- 18 dollars an hour
