WOW, the pain of paying for something your husband can do is real. 😂

Had a toilet pulled today, and they found a hairline crack in the fl**ge. While Mike’s at work, I’m paying $1,360 for a new fl**ge, wax ring and to reinstall the toilet.

I’m thankful Wright Choice Plumbing showed up on time and sent knowledgeable technicians. They also identified several other things that may eventually cause problems — and involve quite a few more $$$.

Those projects are going to have to wait while I recover from this one. 😂

But it did reinforce something I’ve said before: 🫵 young people, 🤔consider our local technical schools and the skilled trades they offer.

Learn a trade. Get good at it. Build a reputation.🧰Plumbing, 🔌HVAC,🔦 Electrical, ....

You won’t go hungry.

Both of these Danbury land parcels went UNDER CONTRACT within the first week. 🌲
