Step 3 in the process is the home appraisal. Once a signed contract has been submitted to the lender, the appraisal can be ordered.

I visited one of my favorite places in our county yesterday! I never go on outings but I felt it was too pretty to stay inside!!! I think the Sgt York State Park is a beautiful place to visit!!!
