Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Property Management

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our property management team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, communicative, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth communication between tenants, vendors, and management.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Assist with tenant communication, including notices, follow-ups, and documentation
Maintain and organize digital and physical files (leases, contracts, invoices, etc.)
Schedule appointments, inspections, and maintenance requests
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Assist with data entry, rent tracking, and basic accounting tasks
Support property managers with day-to-day administrative needs
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus)
Previous administrative or office experience preferred (property management experience a plus)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Positive attitude
