New conforming loan limit for 2023 is $726,200. This is the max amount you can borrow before your loan is considered a "jumbo loan" (where rates would be higher and qualification a bit tougher). This 12% increase from 2022 is great news for buyers trying to keep pace with rising home costs. Give us a call if you are planning to start your home search this year!
