Nathaniel Hanus - Realtor Hello! My name is Nate Hanus! I am a realtor with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Dream Partners. I am married to Sara, and we have three beautiful girls!

I enjoy working in real estate and helping my clients attain their dreams! Born and raised in Janesville, Wisconsin, I bring local knowledge, genuine care, and an energetic spirit to every real estate experience. My favorite local spot is JSOL (Janesville Schools Outdoor Laboratory), a place that reflects my love of nature, community, and discovery. I had a great time with Join Janesville Young Professionals for the walking tour of the court house hill district with Romin’ Rich! Ended the tour at Music at the Marv and enjoyed Jack & Jenny's Oklahoma Smash Burger and fries. And Downtown Janesville, Inc. was serving up drinks, so I got a Gray Brewing Co root beer. What great weather we had too! Get out and enjoy what Janesville has to offer!
