We feel pretty lucky on the regular because of the clients that enter our lives that we get to help on their road to homeownership or on their mission to sell. A great big CONGRATULATIONS goes out to these two couples who were the most unexpected match. One having raised their daughters in this home, ready to downsized to one level living. The other, recently relocating back to this area and looking for a home to raise their daughter in. Without even hitting the market we supported both families in reaching their goals to buy and sell and the coolest part is the relationship they formed in the process. ❤️🏡
