Kids Noontime Entertainment Returns to Palmer Park

The City of Janesville Recreation Division is pleased to return the Kids Noontime Entertainment series to the Camden Stage in Palmer Park (2501 Palmer Dr.) for another season of fun!

On Thursdays at 12:30 p.m. from June 11 to July 2, these free hour-long shows are a great summertime activity for the whole family. This year’s show lineup includes:

June 11: Shivers & Timbers Show
June 18: The Wonders of Physics
June 25: Animal Quest
July 2: TNZ Magic
Thanks to program sponsors Mount Calvary Lutheran Church and Aten Orthodontics, Kids Noontime Entertainment events are free to attend.

I was in San Diego last week for a conference.
My layover on the way there was in Phoenix and they had an honor flight going out. Most were vets who served in Vietnam but they said one had served in World War 2 and the Korean war. The woman came over the PA and asked everyone to join in singing God Bless America. It is hard to hear anyone other than her, but in person you could hear so many people singing. On my way home my layover was in Austin Texas and another honor flight was getting ready to take off. This one had the Austin Police Pipe & Drum Corp leading it. Both were so very powerful. 🧡
