Commercial Property Group LLC is proud to announce it has sold the former Knoble Knight Games building at 2242 Kennedy Road in Janesville to an investor. The new owner has leased the building to Fastenal Company. They will be moving from their current location on Main Street to this site. The building was listed by Randy Walters of CPG, and sold by Mike Venable of CPG. Fastenal will be operational at this location by the end of June.
