Brescher Housing is looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced Construction Lead to join our growing team!

As a Construction Lead, you'll oversee residential construction and renovation projects, coordinate daily job site activities, lead crew members, ensure quality workmanship, and work directly with the Property Manager to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and completed to Brescher Housing standards.

What We're Looking For:
✅ Construction experience required
✅ Leadership experience preferred
✅ Ability to read plans and manage projects
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to work directly with and communicate daily with the Property Manager
✅ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
✅ Positive attitude and team-first mindset
✅ Valid Driver's License
