✨ Two years. A lot of work. And today, it all paid off. 🏡❤️

Everybody sees the successful closing. They see the smiles, the keys, and the celebration. But they don’t always see everything that happens behind the scenes.

🏡 CLOSING DAY! 🏡

Yesterday was one of those closings that reminded me why I absolutely love what I do. ❤️

I am extremely honored to have represented the seller and the buyer in this transaction, but what makes this one so special is being able to bring my buyer, Bertha, to the closing table to purchase her very first home with less than $115 out of pocket! 😱🏡

We negotiated inspections, seller concessions, and worked through a few unexpected hiccups along the way. But when you have the right people in your corner, you find a way to get it done!

Because of the short notice and our goal of getting this transaction closed, we knew there were some things that needed attention. We are so thankful that the seller trusted Carr & Sons Construction to step in and help take care of those needs.

Ayer fue uno de esos cierres que me recordó por qué amo tanto lo que hago. ❤️

Me siento sumamente honrada de haber tenido la oportunidad de representar tanto al vendedor como a la compradora en esta transacción. Pero lo que hace este cierre aún más especial es haber podido llevar a mi cliente Bertha a la mesa de cierre para adquirir su primera casa con menos de $115 de su propio bolsillo. 😱🏡🔑
