We’re pleased to offer extensive soil testing to ensure the safety and quality of the sample in question. Percolation testing is required by health department—trust RCP Development Inc. to deliver sound septic system percolation services when you need them, to keep you up to date on all codes and regulations.

Proudly serving Walker, Winston, Fayette, Marion, Cullman, Jefferson, Franklin, Lamar and Blount Counties.

Upon contacting RCP Development we will set an appointment to meet on the property to be developed. This meeting is to gather specific location and building information required by the Health Department. You will need to establish an official 911 Address for the property. Other information you will provide during the initial appointment will be a number of bedrooms, bathrooms and or offices for the development so that water flow can be estimated. The location of any pools, wells and additional structures existing or to be built must also be discussed and located.
Once percolation testing has been completed Patton Percolation Testing will complete all forms and drawings required by the Health Department. Patton Percolation Testing will also turn in this required information to the Health Department. Once the Health Department has received all of the required information a County Representative will make a site visit to confirm that all of the information is accurate and that the test has been conducted according to state regulations.
Once a satisfactory determination has been made the Health Department will issue a permit. Permitting usually takes place within a week or two of submitting the test information. This process, however, has taken up to 30 days.
