Hi, I’m Bonnie. 🤎

Mom of four, girlfriend, fueled by a probably questionable amount of coffee and energy drinks, and someone who genuinely loves a busy day.

I’ve been in the short-term rental world for over 10 years, long before Ozark Stay Services had a name. Somewhere along the way, I figured out that I actually thrive on the go-go-go of turnover days. I like having a full schedule, staying busy, and that feeling when you step back at the end of a clean and everything has come together just right.

OSS came from wanting to take all those years of experience and build something that was mine — something that worked with my life and my family instead of always having to work my life around someone else’s schedule.

Outside of work, I love to bake and try new recipes, although with four kids there’s a pretty good chance whatever I make starts disappearing before it’s even cooled. 😂

A little caffeine, a little chaos, usually something baking somewhere — that’s a pretty accurate picture of me. 🌿

You’ve seen what we do. Now meet who’s behind it. 🌿

Ozark Stay Services is a family-owned and operated business — and when we say family-owned, we mean it pretty literally.

There are three of us behind OSS: myself, my daughter, and my son-in-law. That’s it. We’re the ones cleaning, preparing, checking, communicating and making sure every property in our care is ready the way it should be.

I’m Bonnie, the owner and the one behind Ozark Stay Services. Most days you’ll find me somewhere between cleaning and preparing properties, keeping the day-to-day moving, talking with our clients, and probably taking a picture or two for our social media along the way.

My daughter, MacKenzie, is our manager and my right hand in the business, helping keep properties on track, making sure our standards stay where they should be, and working right alongside me to get it all done.

My son-in-law, Donnie, rounds out our little team, helping with cleans and taking on more of the maintenance and hands-on property needs that come with caring for short-term rentals.

Keeping our team small is intentional. My daughter and I both work Ozark Stay Services full time, and that allows us to stay closely involved with the properties we care for and the clients we work with.

It’s how we’re able to provide the consistency our clients have come to expect. It means you’re not wondering who will be inside your home or on your property from one turnover to the next. And it means the people showing up are people who know your property, know our standards, and are personally invested in taking care of it well.

No rotating crew. No wondering who’s coming this time.

Just the three of us — familiar faces, a consistent standard, and a family business that takes a whole lot of pride in the properties entrusted to our care.

Ozark Stay Services is now offering residential cleaning.

We’ve received quite a few requests to add residential cleaning to our services, and we’re opening a limited number of spots to do just that.

With more than a decade of professional cleaning experience behind us, we’re bringing the same standard we’re known for into your home — thorough, detail-focused, consistent, and always done with care.

Residential availability will be intentionally very limited as short-term rentals continue to be the heart of what we do.
