🏡 Happy Friday! Mortgage Market Update 📈

Here are this week’s mortgage rates (Excellent Credit | No Points):

🏠 Conventional 30-Year: 6.875%
🏠 FHA 30-Year: 6.50%
🏠 VA 30-Year: 6.625%
🏠 USDA 30-Year: 6.50%

The week started with rates improving as global tensions eased, but midweek events caused rates to tick back up. Overall, rates ended the week close to where they started.

The Federal Reserve held interest rates steady, but markets are watching closely as concerns about a possible September rate hike remain.

👀 Next week is Jobs Week! Key employment reports will be released Tuesday, Wednesday, and especially Friday. If the jobs report shows signs of a slowing economy, we could see mortgage rates improve.

As always, the market can change quickly, and headlines continue to have a big impact.
