Most recently, I negotiated nearly $45 per square foot annually for a commercial property right here in Pickens County.

To put that into perspective, that number likely more than doubles what many would consider a top-of-market lease rate in this area.

Commercial real estate is about more than putting a sign in front of a building. It takes understanding the property, the market, the numbers, the tenant, and how to structure and negotiate the deal.
