New Year, a New Home Maintenance Strategy!

January is not over yet! Still time to start the year off with a proper home maintenance plan and Program! This is important if you want to protect your investment! Some things to do in January are.........
1. Check gutters for clogs and clean if necessary
2. Switch out the HVAC Filters
3. Refill your water softener
4. Review interior and exterior lighting and replace blow bulbs
5. Inspect home and buildings on property for leaks
6. Check Electric outlets and verify they are working properly
7. Visually inspect fire extinguishers for a charge
8. Do a quick check on smoke detectors and verify they work
9. Visual inspection of walls for cracks and measure
10. If you have a garden start planning spring garden and timing for planting
