Wanted to share this closing from last week with my buddy Juan and Emily. This has been planned and a couple years in the making, and we made it happen. I was able to help them get a really fantastic house in Columbia. The transaction was smooth, the price was right, and thanks to Cory at Multipli, he got the best first time buyer deal I have ever seen. God is good all the time, but he shined very bright bringing all of this together.

Had a great day yesterday. RE/MAX Jefferson City awards breakfast where I received my 3rd 100% Club achievement. Then I had a closing with yet another first time buyer. Plus I got my taxes done and that turned out better than expected! (If anyone needs a good CPA lemme know, I can refer you) This is going to be a great year. Edit: its under contract within about 12 hours...Milestone again, for the first time I have 3 real estate for sale signs in yards at the same time. I also have my 2 listings from last Friday under contract, 202 McKinley and 1609 Southwest Blvd. Now I've listed this house.
