Nick Glandon-RE/MAX Jefferson City

Just closed on this house, 9 more to go to meet my goal of 10 by the end of the year! Congratulations to Eric on our 3rd transaction together! This was an interesting one, he got really lucky with a crazy interest rate, we had to do some negotiating, and here we are. Shout out Kylie Werner Boeckman who had it listed, we sure worked great together on this transaction. Not our first one though either! Thanks also to Cory Kliethermes at Multipli CU.

Wanted to share this closing from last week with my buddy Juan and Emily. This has been planned and a couple years in the making, and we made it happen. I was able to help them get a really fantastic house in Columbia. The transaction was smooth, the price was right, and thanks to Cory at Multipli, he got the best first time buyer deal I have ever seen. God is good all the time, but he shined very bright bringing all of this together.

My latest testimonial, on the Realsatisfied website, it says I now have 35 reviews, all 5 stars. That makes me very happy. I can now say I have been a Realtor at RE/MAX Jefferson City for over 4 years now. I can't believe how time flies.

The testimonial is long so it got cut off but I have the rest as follows...
"and one that would ultimately make me happy. I have no regrets with Nick as my agent and would highly recommend him to anyone looking into buying a home."
