REALTORS® from across the country gathered in Washington, D.C. for the National Association of REALTORS® Legislative Meetings to advocate for homeowners, communities, and the future of real estate. 🏠
Representing the Jefferson City Area Board of REALTORS® were Kim and Allan Stockstill, Donna Stone, and Larry Keating, who joined industry leaders from across the nation to discuss key issues affecting housing opportunities, private property rights, and the real estate profession.
Highlights from the event included an inspiring presentation from renowned presidential historian and best-selling author Doris Kearns Goodwin, who shared powerful lessons on leadership, resilience, and the moments that shape our future.
Attendees also heard from NAR Chief Economist Dr. Lawrence Yun, who provided insights into recent economic developments, their impact on the housing market, and his updated outlook for home sales in 2026.
Through education, collaboration, and advocacy, REALTORS® continue working to promote policies that support homeownership and strengthen communities across Missouri and the nation.
