We had a record-breaking closing day last Friday!
A Friday that busy, in the middle of the month, had us scratching our heads, but Millie has been around long enough to know what motivated the crowd.
This time of year, the race begins to finish all the closing homework before the first school bell rings!
Thank you to all the buyers, sellers, lenders and agents who trusted Midwest Title with their closings. We’re grateful to be part of so many exciting new chapters.
And from Professor Millie as well as the rest of us at Midwest Title, we wish all the students, teachers and parents a wonderful new school year.

First, we owe everyone an apology for the delay in announcing the results. Milly has been a *little* busy training for her very important new role as Midwest Title's official greeter. 🪿💼

While Deedra Deed, Esme Escrow, and Abigail Abstractor gave Milly some fierce competition, "Milly Midwest" waddled away with the win!

She's already settled in, but there's one problem... she doesn't have a name yet! We're also trying to decide which department is the best fit for her unique talents.

📚 Abigail the Abstractor – Carefully reviewing the property's history to help ensure the chain of title is complete and everything is in order before closing.
