I’m a little emotional writing this one. ❤️

While real estate is a transaction, it’s also such an amazing opportunity to connect with people and build relationships that go far beyond a closing table.

I met Ashley 6 years ago, and she is genuinely one of the most amazing women I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. She has overcome things I could never imagine, and I’ve been fortunate enough to walk alongside her through a few home purchases and sales and witness incredible changes in her life along the way.

This sale feels a little bittersweet. Her sweet family has relocated, and while I’m sad to see them go, I couldn’t be more excited for them and this next chapter.

Real estate has given me so much more than a career. It has given me the opportunity to meet incredible people, be part of their stories, and sometimes watch them completely transform their lives.

These super fun buyers originally told me they didn't need a Realtor. 😉 But after starting the process and touring several homes , they quickly realized the importance!
After looking at several area-specific homes, they fell in love with a For Sale By Owner property. That's where having an agent really mattered. I helped negotiate the contract and the repairs they needed, making sure they were protected every step of the way.
