Shortly after graduating from the Central Missouri State University, Heath began his real estate career in 2002 at the age of 26, working alone, using pro-active sales techniques including but not limited to going door to door, prospecting on the phone for hours at a time to find buyers and sellers in order to help them reach their goal. His entire business model is based on proactive aggressive marketing rather than traditional passive techniques. Since then, Heath has maintained the same work ethic and commitment to serving people in Jefferson City and the surrounding areas. As a result of this commitment, he now has a team of 12, comprised of both staff and agents, with offices in Jefferson City and Columbia, MO. With over 40 years of combined experience in home buying and selling, the team knows it takes a good listener, patience and understanding – the elements of service they have successfully provided to many clients.
