Arlington Rentals Several years ago, we began our journey in mid-term furnished rentals by hosting patients of Dr. Paul Harch. Also nearby is the Huey P.

Located just 0.3 miles from Ochsner Medical Center in Jefferson, LA, our property offers a comfortable extended stay retreat for families seeking medical treatment, healthcare heroes & traveling professionals. Over the years, we’ve hosted patients, traveling professionals and others seeking extended stays in the area.

Centrally located Old Jefferson sits just outside New Orlean

s in Jefferson Parish and offers the convenience of big city living with the quaintness of a tight-knit community. Raised bungalows and ranch-style homes with plenty of yard space dot the quiet, tree-lined streets. Bounded by Earhart Expressway and the Mississippi River, the neighborhood offers easy access to outdoor highlights including Jefferson Park and the Mississippi River Trail. Walk, run or bike on the levee path to Audubon Park and Zoo! Long Bridge to the West Bank or head north on the Causeway across Lake Pontchartrain. Restaurants and nightlife in New Orleans’ Carrollton neighborhood are just minutes away, but why leave Old Jefferson? Popular eateries including Crabby Jack’s, Rivershack Tavern and Haydel’s Bakery are considered culinary institutions in the area.

Two rare openings at Arlington Rentals! 🏡

The Dupont, our furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit, is available August 1.

Our large 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse with two living areas is available August 16.

Both are fully furnished with utilities included. We stay pretty fully booked, so this is a great opportunity to grab one of our upcoming openings.

Whether you’re here for work or focusing on medical healing, sometimes the best thing you can do is take a slow day by the water.

We recently shared our favorite little shops in Pass Christian and Bay St. Louis over on The Pelican’s Nest page, and we truly recommend making a day trip if you’re staying with us long term.

Fresh air, coastal views, charming bookstores, flower shops, and locally owned boutiques… it’s a peaceful reset just a short drive away.

(And if you need a place to stay overnight, we can help you with that too! 😉)

Spent the day in The Pass yesterday doing a little “research” 😉 and updated our Pelican’s Nest welcome book with some of our favorite local shops.
