It’s a reminder of the community that seems to naturally grow here—families going through medical challenges, traveling professionals, students, and locals seeking short term respite find connection, comfort, and a little joy together during their time with us.

13 inches of snow in Louisiana! ❄️ To all our past guests, you wouldn’t believe the winter wonderland we’ve experienced. Our family took a few days to rest, build snowmen, and soak in the magic of this once in a lifetime event. Sending warm wishes to you and yours!

Did you know? We aren't the first to host extended stays at our property. It's actually home to a forgotten piece of local history!

Back in the 1970s, our property was a favorite home-away-from-home for actors performing at the iconic Beverly Dinner Playhouse. This beloved theater, which stood next door to us at the corner of Labarre and River Road, was a cultural hotspot (and illegal casino) until it sadly burned down in 1983.
