This place is immaculate. Two-story foyer with travertine flooring and a curved staircase, double-island kitchen with a Wolf range, and views across the Ohio River Valley all the way to the Lewis and Clark Bridge. 🤯

Helped one of my investor clients pick up another triplex in the Highlands and I am hyped about this one.

This’ll be closing before the big Mid City Mall redevelopment brings a Publix to the neighborhood. Huge things are coming down the pipe for the Highlands and this triplex is sitting smack dab in the middle of it.

What I enjoyed most about this deal was how much I learned along the way. Lot sizes, what you can actually do with rezoning, the ins and outs of commercial vs residential rules in this part of town. Every deal teaches you something new if you pay attention, and this one taught me a lot.

A year and a half. That’s how long this one took!

When we started, my 2 had their hearts set on a new build. And we tried, more than once. Deal after deal just didn’t come together, for reasons out of our control. If you’ve been through that, you know how deflating it gets.

So we stepped back and regrouped. Stopped forcing the new build and started looking at what was already out there. And that’s when we found it. Not only did we get the home, we got a great deal on it too.

Honestly, the house isn’t even the best part. Somewhere across those eighteen months, these two turned into real friends. That’s the stuff nobody tells you about this job. You start out helping someone buy a home and end up becoming friends for life 🙏

Congratulations, you two. This one was worth the wait❗️🏡
