CLOSED!!!!! 5112 Silverton Lane in prestigious Silver Creek! Congratulations to Rebecca Ludlow and Italia Ludlow, Sellers Extraordinaire! I am so proud of you two - I could not have worked with better! This beautiful 4BR/3BA had a lovely finished basement, soaring greatroom ceilings and a tall 2-car garage plus a covered deck and fully fenced rear yard bursting with perennials & a stockpond pool! It was exceptionally maintained, upgraded & updated and well-loved by Rebecca, Italia and their two gorgeous boys! I could not be more thrilled! They're now enjoying their newly built dream house, their 5 acres and getting ready to plant a super garden! Thank you for allowing me to be part of this journey! Onward & upward!
