Clark Memorial Bridge CHAOS: Who Thought ONE Lane to Louisville Was a Good Idea?

If you commute from Southern Indiana to Louisville, you may want to start packing snacks. 😂

Kentucky’s plan for the Clark Memorial Bridge would reduce it to three lanes — two northbound and just ONE southbound into Louisville.

Jeffersonville Mayor Mike Moore isn’t exactly thrilled. Kentucky says it’s about safety. Indiana officials are pushing back. And now the argument has somehow evolved into a dispute over where everyone should meet to argue about the bridge.

Meanwhile, Governor Beshear has a podcast to record and a 2028 presidential campaign to definitely-not-start-yet. 😂

As a Realtor who works on both sides of the river, this stuff actually matters. A house can check every box… but if your commute requires a cooler, three podcasts and an emotional-support animal, we should probably talk.

I'm contractually obligated to tell you to buy a house right now. I know. But even a guy who profits off your signature can't argue with the math: rates aren't dropping fast, and prices sure aren't waiting around for them to.
If you're financially ready and staying put a few years, the math actually works in your favor — even if the vibes don't.
