Joash and Mikaela spent the last few years doing everything right — working hard, raising their little one, and making the most of a rental that stopped fitting their life a long time ago. Like many growing families, the walls started to feel a little closer each month. Toys spilling into the living room. No space for a home office. Burning hard-earned money month after month on rent without receiving anything for their investment.
