NEW CONSTRUCTION DOESN'T MEAN PERFECT!

Just because a home is brand new doesn't mean it's free of defects!

Cracked slabs, damaged trusses, improper siding, plumbing leaks, and roofing issues are just a few of the problems I find during new construction inspections.

Don't assume everything was done correctly just because it passed a municipal inspection!
Your builder has inspectors. You should have YOUR OWN!
