Seeking a full-time employee with landscape and construction experience. Mostly based out of South-Eastern Montgomery County, PA, and South Jersey/shore points.
Landscape duties will include:
- General landscape work
- Lawn/yard maintenance (grass cutting, weeding, mulching, cleanups)
- Hardscape work (patios, walkways, walls; some masonry)
- Snow removal
Construction duties will include:
- Rough and finish work
- Framing (wood studs)
- Window install
- Flooring install (tile, wood)
- Light electrical
- Light plumbing
- Hanging drywall
- Cabinet installs
- Trim work
- Interior Painting
Qualification- All applicants must:
- Have own transportation to/from jobs or yard
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license (preference given to those with a medical card)
- Physically able to handle the responsibilities of the position
- Professional appearance
- Responsible, Reliable, & Hardworking
Compensation: $18-25/hr based on experience. Paid vacation (1 week/ year after 6 months of satisfactory performance) and paid holidays (approximately 5/calendar year).
