Did you know there are different ways to hold title to your new home?
Tenants in Common: Each owner holds a fractional ownership interest. In the event of a death, their portion of title would be conveyed by will or state intestate laws.
Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship: Each owner owns equal rights to the property. In the event of a death title would automatically convey to the remaining owner/owners.
Tenants by the Entirety: Reserved for married couples. If there is a death, title automatically conveys to the surviving spouse.
Sole Ownership: There's only one name on title
